What Changes the Price
For the current offering, three things change the number.
1.
How Many Users You Have.
The per user rate moves with volume. Over roughly ten seats it is worth a conversation.
2.
Whether You Self Host.
Most customers use our hosting. Self hosting changes the shape of the arrangement.
3.
What Comes Across From Your Old System.
A one time setup fee covers configuration. If you are bringing ten years of data from another ATS, migration is priced on how complex that data is, and quoted before you commit.

Pricing and Contract Questions
Is there a free trial?
No. We do a 20 minute call and then a demo configured around your workflow, which tells you more than two weeks alone in a sandbox would.
Is there a setup fee?
Yes, a one time fee based on what needs configuring. It is quoted before you commit, not after.
What does migration cost?
It depends on the system you are leaving and how clean the data is. We quote it up front. Complete migration, including validation, mapping, test runs, customer review, and final production load, typically takes 2 to 8 weeks. Database size affects timing.
Do I have to buy a minimum number of seats?
No. There is no minimum and no seat cap.
Does the price go up when I add users?
The per user rate is the same or better as you add seats. It does not go up.
What happens to the price at renewal?
We will tell you before it changes. We do not do automatic uplifts you find out about on the invoice.
