Compare PCRM With Other Recruiting Software.

Most agency buyers shortlist three or four systems, then try to work out what each one actually costs once the features they need are switched on. This page puts nine systems side by side on that question, using each vendor’s own published information.

What the Current PCRM Offering Includes

From $125 per user per month, with no seat caps. The current offering includes the recruiting CRM and ATS, standard reports, integrations, basic API access, MCP access and standard support. MCP (Model Context Protocol) connects supported AI assistants, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to your PCRM data through the PCRM API, so you can ask questions of your records and work with them from the assistant. AI features, API access and texting are subject to applicable usage limits, approvals and third-party charges. For example, API access needs an approved App ID and has daily call limits, with higher volumes priced separately. Support is eight US based staff who answer the phone in under 30 seconds on average, and your first training session is scheduled within one business day of your onboarding call.

What Each One Publishes, and What Sits Outside the Price

Entry prices are not like for like, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Four of the systems below publish lower entry prices than PCRM. What that entry price buys is the part worth reading.

Second Column First

The pattern is consistent across the category. The AI, the sequencing, the API access and often the texting sit one tier up, or carry a fee of their own. That is why two systems with similar sticker prices can land a long way apart on the invoice.

For PCRM, the pricing page sets out what the current offering includes, and what can carry usage limits, approvals or third-party charges.

Support, and What Their Terms Say About Your Data

The two things you live with longest are who picks up when something breaks, and what happens to your candidate records. Both are published, if you read far enough.

Three Questions to Ask Any Vendor, Including Us

Comparison pages only get you so far. Whoever you shortlist, it is worth asking each vendor the same three things and getting the answers in writing.
One

What Is the Price at My Seat Count, With Everything I Need Switched On?

List prices and plan names can hide a lot. Our answer is on the pricing page →
Two

What Happens When I Call Support?

Ask how quickly a person answers, and where they are based. Ours answer in under 30 seconds on average, from the US →
number three

What Do Your Terms Say About My Candidate Data?

Specifically, can the vendor use your records to train AI models, and is the answer written down? Ours is that identifiable customer data is never used to train AI, and it is in our FAQs →

How We Keep This Page Accurate

Every figure here comes from the vendor’s own pricing, support or legal pages, read on 18 September 2026. Where a vendor does not publish something, the page says so rather than guessing. We recheck the whole page every quarter and change the date when we do.

If you spot something out of date, tell us and we will fix it.

Comparison Questions

No. On published entry prices, Top Echelon, Crelate, Tracker and Recruit CRM start lower. The comparison worth making is what each system costs at your seat count with the features you need switched on.

Because those vendors do not publish one. JobAdder publishes no price at all, and the top tiers at Crelate, Tracker, Loxo and Spott are quote only. We would rather leave a gap than invent a number.

We check every vendor’s published pages each quarter. The last full check was on 18 September 2026.

Yes. Bring it to the call and we will walk through the same three questions against it.

We never use identifiable customer data to train AI. Anonymized data, meaning data that cannot reasonably identify or be linked back to you or any person, may be used, and we commit not to re-identify it. Some AI features use third-party providers to process data, and they are not allowed to use your data to train their models.
