Since 1998

Our new website is live at pcrecruiter.com. We rebuilt it around the questions recruiting firms ask us before they book a demo, and we’ve tried to put the answers on the page instead of keeping them for a sales call.

If you lead a recruiting agency or an executive search firm and you’re looking at your software for 2027, here’s what has changed and where to find it.

Why We Rebuilt the Website

For a long time, the real answer to a lot of questions about PCRM was “ask us.” Pricing, how a migration works and what our support covers were all things we explained well on the phone and badly on the website.

That’s not how most people research software anymore. You compare options on your own first, often late in the day, and you talk to a vendor once you have a shortlist. So the new site is built to be useful before that conversation, not just to start it.

What You’ll Find on the New Website

Pricing You Can Read Without a Call

PCRM starts from $125 per user per month, with no seat caps and no minimum seat count. The pricing page also explains what’s included, what changes the price (user count, hosting and data migration) and how renewals work. A one-time setup fee covers configuration, and migration is priced by the complexity of your data. Both are quoted before you commit.

A Comparison of Nine Recruiting Systems

The compare page sets PCRM next to eight other recruiting systems, using each vendor’s published pricing, support and data terms. It’s dated, so you can see when the figures were checked.

How Switching Works, Step by Step

The switching page covers what typically comes across in a migration, including candidate and client records, resumes and attachments, job orders, placement history, activity notes and custom fields. It also explains the timing. Data migration typically takes 2 to 8 weeks from receipt of your initial database backup, depending on your source system, size and complexity.

Support, With a Number Attached

Our support team is US-based and answers calls in under 30 seconds, on average. New customers get their first training session scheduled within one business day of their onboarding call. The support page explains what’s covered and how to reach the team.

Our Data Ownership Statement

Who owns your candidate and client records is a question worth asking any vendor. Our answer is in a plain-language statement that covers what’s yours, how your data is protected and how exports work.

Pages for the Firms We Serve

PCRM is built for firms that place candidates with clients, typically up to 25 recruiters. There are now dedicated pages for boutique and growing agencies, executive search firms and firms changing systems, plus a full feature list and an integrations directory.

What Hasn’t Changed

PCRM is still built for recruiting firms rather than in-house HR teams, and we’ve been building software for recruiters since 1998. Existing customers can reach support, the Learning Center and training courses from the support page, the same as before.

See It for Yourself

Have a look around pcrecruiter.com. If you’d rather talk it through, book a 20 minute demo. We’ll ask about your firm, show you PCRM set up around a desk like yours and give you a price before we finish.
